Can I get my jewelry wet?

Stainless Steel: All my silver chains are made out of stainless steel which means that they’re lifelong pieces. Unlike sterling silver, stainless steel is more durable & never tarnishes or causes your skin to turn green. It’s corrosion resistant design has a life expectancy of over fifty years when cared for properly & stored in a safe environment. Stainless steel material is also waterproof in pure water so you never gotta take my chains off unless you swimming🌟

Gold-Filled: Yes, the jewelry is gold-filled which means it has a mandated requirement of gold content to ensure consistent quality. However, because it's gold-filled over bronze I suggest taking off jewelry when applying makeup removers and chemicals, such as retinol. I also suggest you avoid chlorine pools/hot tubs as they can fog gemstones & wear luster on gold.

How do I clean jewelry?

I suggest that you wipe pieces with polishing cloth after a few wears. Occasionally soak pieces in jewelry solution or lukewarm soapy water for 3 minutes & scrub jewelry using a clean toothbrush with soft bristles & a little bit of dawn soap then pat dry. Avoid abrasion on jewelry, as this is the only way it can tarnish.

What’s the difference between gold-filled & gold plated jewelry?

Gold plated jewelry is a thin gold layer that wears easily over time & cannot be exposed to water, heat, or sweat whatsoever. It is cheaper in quality and made for occasional wear, usually causing skin to irritate & react when gold layer erodes. Gold plated jewelry vendors are not required to have minimum gold content in jewelry leading to inconsistent quality in plated
pieces.

Gold-filled jewelry has a mandated requirement of gold content to ensure consistent quality. It is an investment piece that last a lifetime & you are able to wear pieces in water. It is hypoallergenic & will not cause allergic reactions. All of our gold jewelry is gold-filled.

If my jewelry breaks, will you fix it?

Yes! I offer a 90 day warranty on pieces, providing free repairs. After 90 days, repairs are offered at a discounted rate.

Do you do custom sizing?

Yes! I offer custom sizing on all pieces. I kindly ask that you send inquiries to my email with a picture of the piece & the measurements you’re looking for. Once I receive it I will give you a time frame of when jewelry will get to. Please allow extra shipping time, as I hand make all of the pieces. I ask that you give us 24-48 hours to respond to any inquiries.

All sales are final. I provide free repairs up to 90 days after purchase with valid proof of purchase from retailer. Repairs offered at a discounted price 90 days after purchase. In the event that none of these options work for you, please reach out to
